I would like to take a moment to give credit to one of the most amazing clients I have had the pleasure to work with. Sandra R recently hit the 100 lb weight loss mark!
She accomplished this feat in under a year, while living in 'real world" conditions (work/school and she did it naturally)

I would also like to thank the clients and gym members who gave her a very moving round of applause. I did notice quite a few tears in people's eyes!
